Starting in late 2023 Q3 the SPEEDCHECK-15, including replacement display LEDs, received this updated design.

What has been improved
The following are a few of the improvements that have been made to new LED display boards:
- Switched to surface mounted LEDs which greatly reduces the risk of shorting out while handling with power applied.
- Improved metal stiffening bar design.
- Improved silkscreen labelling for harness connections.
- Other electrical components switched to surface mounted.
