      How do I find my product serial number?

      This article shows how to locate the serial number of your product.

      Each product generation has a different-looking product label and location. Please refer to the video, images and instructions below.

       

       

      Gen 1 (R829 / R247 / R820)

      Gen 2 (R829 / R247 / R820)

      • Solar engine serial number → backside of the engine

      • Energy Management System (EMS) serial number → side of EMS

      Gen 3 / E Series (R920-E / R820-E / R829-E / R247-E) / F Series (R920-F / R820-F / R829-F / R247-F)

      • System serial number → Bottom of solar engine or front of Energy Management System plate
